I've sold one machine but haven't bought any. I think I should start going through withdrawals at any time.

The only one I've bought this year is somewhere between NJ and SD right now. Though DH and I will be going to a gun show this weekend about 2 hours away, and that town has a few shops we can check out afterwards.

So far I've resisted the urge to look! But just before Christmas I got the two (Eldredge Two Spools and Mason Rotary) that I'm enjoying looking at on the shelf until I can sit down with them and play. As far as I can tell they both are complete (except for cabinet and belt) and just need minor surface cleaning.

I've made it 8 days but I bet today I cave. I'm dying to go to the thrift stores plus I have a couple of craigslist inquiries out. Or my aunt might finally pull great grandpa's second machine out of the basement.

Default whats tugging on my sleeve today

CL too tempting 4 me 2. 15-91 in cabinet w all imagineable accessories, manuals, nice condition for $80. not like i need it. have 2 already and dont have room for stand, an embossed (black) White rotary in a novel stand for $68, wish it was the bronze one. a redeye treadle in nice shape for $100, and a 1955 99K in a stand but too much at $100. I need a barn and a reason.

I don't think anyone could blame me for this:
Singer 96K49 cheap and Six domestics for nothing!! Domestics are: Bernina Record 530-2, Pfaff 60, Singer 287 Starlet and 306, Pinnock 101 and Regal Zig-zag (Japanese clone).
