PS150, my daughter makes something very similar to this in the slow cooker. I don't know the particulars, but I do know that she uses frozen mixed vegetables, a small block of Velveeta cheese, and a can of creamed "anything" soup. And she does shake a bit of spicy Cajun seasoning into the mix.

There are so many recipe sites...if you do a search using the words recipe cream of mushroom soup frozen vegetables cheese, you'll get lots (too many, probably!) of hits.
