I have two 4x8 sheets of 2" foam core covered in headliner fabric. One is behind the desk the serger fits on. The other is behind the couch and is pulled out when I want to place the blocks for a whole quilt. I really need to do something a bit different with the 2nd board. I've considered cutting it down and placing it behind the door of the sewing room. That will probably happen during my next cleaning burst.

Mine is 72" square and not nearly big enough. I need to make one of those foam board ones but I don't have a good way to get a couple of 4x8 sheets home so I haven't done it yet. I love my little car but sometimes it's TOO little!
