I LOVE this swap!!! This is what I did with my black and whites last time. 
It is a quilt I gave to my sister-in-law's mom who is a HUGE Razorback fan. I gave it to her the day we entered her husband's ashes into the National Cemetary. She LOVES it!!!

Thanks for posting the quilt Pic, Yosamitesa, the color pallet is clear now! Black, black with white, white, white with black, grey with black, grey with white for the swap & the twist pallet is red, red with black, and red with white. Will email luvtooquilt to sign up!

I re-read the instructions & find that I cannot cut 12 ct 10.5" from one fabric but I can rotary cut 12 ct 10.5" of multiple B/W fabrics from leftovers of my last quilt which would make the contents of each baggie not match, & the cardboard legend requirement would be very bulky. The twist would be from new fabric though. Please let me know how to proceed as this is my very first layer cake swap ever, I don't want to disappoint anyone!

Really like that b&w quilt, the complete like of color reminds me of old movies.
For something completely different, this Freddy Moran quilt would be very cool with fabrics from this swap and luv's bold & bright swap.

WOW.. i love that !!!! that would work perfectly with MARCHS Brights swap and APRILS black and white swap perfectly !!!!! that is awesome LaurieJo... when you make it post it fo all of us to see your version..
