    thanks everyone, I had no end of unpicking to get the centre to look right i had one section out of place and it threw the whole pattern out of wack

    Wow! That's an incredible quilt. I recently finished the center of what was intended to be a queen sized french braid in red, black and white. I showed what I had finished to my family and my 14 month DGD went crazy over it. She pulled it out of my hands and wrapped herself in it. She started laughing and spinning around. It took me two seconds to decide to back what I had finished in flannel and give it to her. Great job on the quilt.

    Love the combo, and it turned out great. Now if I could get something like that done; maybe when there isn't Yard Work, ect, to do!!
