I like the blue, really brightens up the blocks. Black works ok. blue adds "sparkle".

Black will keep the colors from running together, I vote black.

Depends ... do you have any blue blocks? If so, depending on the value of the blocks they might get lost with a blue sashing. Audition at least two blue blocks, if they blend too much then the black is a clear choice.

I don't usually do much with black but it has been growing on me lately. And I did just make a quilt with black to make the other colors pop. I think that's what your black sashing does too. I'm a bona fide blue lover but in this case I think the black works the best.

Oh, I love the blue batik rather than the black because it pops and I like the idea of keeping the batik thingy going.
