Glad to read it's not just me!!!! I'm the same, and it's usually a big boo boo ... I sewed by binding on the wrong way around the whole quilt ... really? You have to wonder how I never noticed it over 320 inches LOL

I have done that, too. I wondered the same thing when I went to put the edges together and realized what I'd done. GRRRR!

I quit when my body tells me it is shutting down for the night. Don't want to end up falling down because I didn't listen to the warning !!

The dilemma is when we make those mistakes in the middle of the day - too early to blame it on bedtime, too late to blame it on getting up haziness.

When I worked, sewing in the evening was a must. Now that I'm retired, I can sew anytime, but the discipline to set a time to do it is sadly lacking. To answer your question, I know it's time for bed because the cat runs back and forth in the hallway and then comes and sits beside me and stares at me until I give up and go to bed! She's a crazy little girl cat.

This hits me not only at night but often throughout the day. When I'm ripping more than I'm keeping... yep, it's break time. Smiles and hugsssssss....
