    I'm so glad you posted this picture, you did a great job on the quilt, it's one of the patterns I was thinking about for a beginning quilt class. I love the colors you picked.

    That is a very pretty quilt! I'd use it to spruce up my outdoor table & serve daquiris with a steel drum band playing in the background & rid myself of this really white winter!

    Thanks y'all! I love reading your comments about the 'feelings' it evokes! I can't wait to hear from Kelli when she gets these in the mail!
    As to this pattern - yes, it would be great for beginners. This is the 2nd one I've made. I don't use the number of fabrics the printed pattern suggests. The other one is posted somewhere on this forum - just search DeNovo and I think you'll find it.
