On ebay they are listed under Vanity Plate

Will send a PM about real plates when I get back beside the scanner. I've got a stack of them from my autos over the years.

I live in Washington State where we are only required to have the back plate. A few years ago my good quilting friend gave me a back plate FRAME (sometimes called a beauty ring) that says " Road tripping to another Quilt Shop !" I love it! Will see if she remembers where she got it. good luck in your search....

I bought a pretty one from Quilt in A Day at Paducah one year. It had a quilt background with the words I'd rather be Quilting. The word Quilting was big and that was what everyone saw. DH didn't like driving my car with that plate on the front. LOL I bought a new car and forgot to take that plate off the front. Here are a lot of quilt plates.

I have a friend who has 9-Patch as her license, front & back. Here in MN you can have a personalized plate.

I do believe Montana can be added to that list.

I guess I am confused. Do you want a cute plate for the front (only need one for the back), a cute license plate holder/frame or a custom license? My license says AZANGEL on my tags. So are you looking to buy a commercial plate or a custom legal license?

Hope Virginia follows suit. There are several that I would have to have. Only one car though. Oh well, someday maybe.

If you are doing the front plate you can get some great ideas from the Row by Row web site. Each shop had their own "license" plates.
