    Wonderful tribute from a loving daughter to a very loved Mom. You certainly were blessed to be able to share life with your Mom for a significant length of time. A life to celebrate. I hope you and your family will enjoy the quilt you made for her. It is truly a treasure.

    That is beautiful. So sorry for your loss. Our Aunt just celebrated her 100th birthday on December 29th. She never married so doesn't have any children. Your quilt is a treasure.

    I am so sorry for your loss. I think the fact that your mom saw and held the quilt would mean the world to you.

    She was the baby of her family. Her oldest sister lived to102 and that was her goal but she'd been fighting pneumonia since before Thanksgiving but she lost the fight on the 30th. Her WW2 era Singer, which still works, is coming to me as well.
