    Default Pfaff Dealers question

I googled the nearest one to me and there is not one in over 300 miles!! So, I'm thinking Pfaff is not a good idea if one needed servicing. Any ideas?
You don't indicate where you are located, or what your tri-state location includes. This information could help get some responses. Knowing where you can get service easily is definitely a factor when buying a machine.

It definitely is for me. I"m fortunate to live in a big metro area so can get service on most any machine, but if I was in a more isolated area, I'd be looking at machines I could get serviced easily.

    Default pfaff 1472 issue

    Recently purchased pfaff 1472.

when plugged in and powered up lights illuminate but no initialization of motors.

    pressing “gas pedal” does nothing.

    any ideas ?

Contact Pfaff and ask for the nearest dealer. You may just need a new foot control.
