    I need to do that when we go out in the RV. You can get a lot done with a little planning. Have a fun weekend!

    Don't be surprised if you end up doing a Boxes of Strings demo. Once they see you working on it, everyone will want to try it.

    Fun, fun, fun,...you are all set for your quilting adventure. I like the look of the green triangle block. How do you proceed?...I will guess you are sewing strings to the right and left sides of the triangle. Please show us when you are done. I see your glue stick. I love using mine! Enjoy your retreat!

    A tutorial is on QB about using the triangles. Basic Instructions for Boxes of Strings there’s also a quilt-along on the challenges section. The top is called Boxes of Strings. Be warned-once you start it’s almost impossible to stop! I think of this project as the Lays potato chips of quilting.

    I agree! It’s such a productive way to utilize all those strips left after trimming quilt backs.
