That's such a beautiful, beautiful quilt. You and your mom made such a wonderful family treasure. Embroidery was always difficult for me so I never really embroidered much. I'm in such awe of people like your mom who can do such beautiful embroidery work. Everything from the colors, the piecing, the embroidery & the quilting just goes perfectly together. Amazing quilt!!! My mother is 96 and still embroidering. What a great idea to have her do blocks for a quilt. She does tea towels and pillow cases. Thank you for the great suggestion!!!
