Beautiful block! I love your fabrics- love the whole thing!
Can you explain the part about the binding tool? I'm confused (not unusual haha)

It's just beautiful. Do you use the binding tool to construct it?

You have a beautiful eye for color and your work is so precise. I am envious. Looking forward to the finished quilt.

I have made several binding tool star quilts. They are fantastic made in black and batiks. They look so intricate but go together so fast. The longer binding tool is used to cut out the strips. I enlarged a couple to become queen size by adding extra blocks around the center star and then making a piano key border after a border of black.

I have the binding tool but what is the name of pattern? I love the colors on this. I think you can use a jelly roll for this, right?

It is the "Binding Tool Star" quilt. And it is jelly roll friendly.

I just watched Jenny Doan's tutorial but it's not the same quilt. I didn't like the one she was making.
yolajean- can you tell us what pattern you used?
I have the tool and love yours!

Edit- I found it. But my tool is the small one
