If you want to sell it, just list it with an honest assessment of what's wrong. Someone may be interested in buying it for parts.

Have you talked to Brubaker's? they fix old Pfaffs. Their price may be too expensive, but they may want to buy your machine. Who knows. I know they buy broken 7550's (my machine) so they may buy other machines as well.

Yes I did try changing the foot pedal first because I thought that would be an easy fix. It wasn’t the foot control.
