Clever tip but I must admit during this pandemic I have not used nail polish. With all the hand washing, I have been slathering on the hand cream instead.

These are all great ideas. I have also used certain types of batting to stuff toys.

Great ideas. I use for wrapping small Christmas decorations - such as village pieces, etc.

Just thought of another idea that I use and that is for packing around my Featherweight when traveling. Thought of it when reading that post about Featherweight cases.

I never use nail polish. I will see if my Granddaughter will use them.

Great idea! I use mine for thread catchers, at the moment I a removing some appliqué pieces I didn't like, so have a chunk sitting beside me, saves me from wearing all the thread.

Larger pieces may work well rolled up to place in the folds of stored quilts to help prevent fold lines, too. Thanks for your great idea!

Great tip on how to use up small pieces of batting. I especially like the nail polish remover idea since I have 4 teenage granddaughters.

I keep odd pieces next to my machine and use them to catch threads and small scraps.. I also use them to pick up stray threads off my sewing table and floor. They do a great job.
