    Thanks to everyone!
Onebyone- I see that they have Dream cotton in white for 4.95 BUT it's 108 inches!! That's a great deal.

The only white I would order a bolt of is Northcutt Colorworks - pricey, but I don't use a lot of white. I had to use Kona black and a white when the LQS was closed and I wasn't impressed. I don't use a lot of either, so for me it's worth it.

I bought a bolt of black fabric from Hancocks last month. It was $6.75 a yard, full bolt is 15 yards. It is Kona fabric. They had white, red, grey and black. We were passing through town and stopped by., they had plenty out, same fabric they has on the floor.

Marshall's had Kaffe Fasset and Tula Pink the last time I was there in the flat fold six yard cuts $6 a yard. I want it all when I shop there. LOL I'll be honest and say I haven't met one of the reps that quilt or knows much about quilting. When someone gushes over Tula Pink fabric they don't get it. It's all fabric to them. The retail side employees seem to know more about quilting as quilters are the majority of the customers.

Not sure if you located what you need, Suz…but Hobby Lobby sells bolts of Kona. It’s the only fabric I buy from them…

Went to Marshall's today. I found Dream Cotton in 9 yard bolts. $2.22 a yard per bolt. I got white, black, and gray. Also new Riley Blake fabric was being put on shelves for $4.99 a yard retail. Robert Kauffman's older lines were marked down to $4.99 a yard. Same stuff still in quilt shops here for $10.99 a yard. Same with Michael Miller and Andover The new lines were $5.99 a yard. I found 8 yards of nice cotton fabric from Connecting Threads for $1 yard. It had a flaw next to the selvage. I had to make myself stop shopping. LOL

I ended up buying yardage at a good price for Bella and Kona. I hesitate to buy a bolt of a brand I'm not familiar with. Maybe I'll buy some yardage of Dream sometime.

Like I said the reps don't know much about quilting only see fabric/numbers. When I asked the rep if there was any chance of Marshall's selling Moda, he answered he didnt know but Moda makes the Dream Cotton for us.

Riley Blake and Robert Kauffman has some nice solids too. They were $4.99 a yard at Marshall's retail side in store.
