Welcome to the QB! Looks like you have already met many members from CO (even some close enough to meet)!

Oh, sniff, sniff - I lived in California for about 22 years and LOVE it there and HATE living in Colorado. I lived in Santa Ynez for a little over three years and know just where Camarillo is! I miss California soooo much. Thanks for the welcome.

I only know of one quilt meeting in the Aurora/Parker area but am not sure if they still meet: a group used to meet at the Parker Library one day a week or month. I stopped in one day when I wasn't working to visit. They used to meet at 2:00 or 3:00 p.m. during the day.

Do you know of any other quilt meetings? I'd sure like to attend. OR, get together with one or more quilters in my area! Now and then it's so nice to get other's opinions on what and how you're doing! Plus make friends!

Hi to you in Oregon! Where do you live in Oregon? I was born and grew up in Grants Pass, Oregon. I still have a sister who lives in Grants Pass and my other sister lives in Portland. I love Oregon and hope to eventually be able to retire there. I grew up traveling all over the state and love it there. I don't get the chance to go back much, however.

To all who welcomed me: Thank you SO much! I'm so happy to have found a very friendly group where I can ask questions from time to time and hopefully join in on block swaps, round robins, etc.

Fran in Parker, CO
