    Check the threading and try holding the top thread or use a leader, that may help.

    I have had success. It seems I bought some generic bobbins and I finally noticed they do not wind as tight as the original bobbins that came witht he machine. Therefore they would unwind poorly and that caused all the jamming. I have not had a problem since using only the original bobbins. Thanks for all the tips however. It caused me to learn some more things about my machine that I would not have thought of. I did them all and that is how I finally figured out the bobbin thing. I love this board! Now if you could all just teach me how to machine quilt more evenly and better! LOL It is a work in progress! The back of this quilt is just a mess and the seam ripper and I have become very close! LOL

    try rethreading and changing the needle.
