    Put your flowers (many) over the blue cloth u chose , look from away then add some stems as y r doing now and look again
    Ask children take their pure opinion and trust they tell u truth
    I love to show u my flowers and proud to tell its my daughter choice from 3 different looks

    Embroider the stem. It will add the touch you're looking for but not be so thick.

    Welcome to the board and I love your first attempt at hand sewing. It will be worth all the effort and they do go together faster than you think they will.
