Welcome from Indiana.
I'm sorry you feel so bad about quilting - but you've come to the right place. We love to answer questions! Quilting is a lot of learning and practice, practice, practice!
For myself I say I'm "nervous" to try new parts of the 'quilting' process.
At first it was different 'techniques' for making blocks correctly...over that! :) I love making blocks now!
Then it was matching seams correctly when putting tops together...over that! :) You should see the tops I put together so far.
Then it was 'birth' a quilt and then stitch in a ditch...one baby quilt done and given as a gift - 2 more to go and I'll be ...over that! :)
The next thing I feel 'nervous' to do is
Layer, pin, quilt and then Bind a LARGER quilt

Welcome from North central PA. I understand the frustration as I am still learning some of the ins and outs of quilting also, although I am not as brave as you are. I machine quilt. Too little time, so many quilts on my "to do" list.
So glad you found us. We love Pics!
