    Are you 100% certain you got your machine back? Have you checked the serial number? Just a thought.

    I didn't think of this, but it sure is something to check. You hate to think this would happen, but a lot of things happen that we don't want to think of.

    Maybe next time have them plug it in to show you it works good that way if something isn't working, like the display, you can see it there rather than at home and would have a better idea it was probably them and not by transportation.

    It makes you scratch your head thinking Did the guy even test sew on it after he was finished servicing it? Another business I'd stay far away from.

    Took it back for the second time, came home worse still. Personally I think this dealer/ repair person is trying to set me up to buy a new machine. It is also 8 years old. But if I should get another machine it will NOT be from them and most likely not a Babylock. Not enough qualified support people. Will be taking it to a different repair man next week. Have to drive twice as far. NOT happy about it at all and am informing Babylock of the problems. They said the new screen was at least $400 if I needed one. Not gonna happen.
