I live in Bend and would love to meet up with quilters from other parts of Oregon! Sunriver has the lowest house rental rates although it is vacation season! Would love to host a quilters dinner if you end up with less than 8 in your group. I also plan on attending some of the evening programs.

Well I have to admit...the pineapple upside down cake is straight from an old Betty Crocker...it required 1/3 shortening but I replaced it with veggie oil. If you don't have a Betty Crocker book I'll definately send it too you.

Welll - I have been looking at everything I can find and all rentals so far are booked for that week and weekend. I may have stuck my neck out here girls! I'll keep looking but I'm getting stressed - absolutely nothing is showing available. I thought I would have one but they sold it last year. Yuk! I'll keep you posted.
