    Wowzers! That's one heckuva first quilt.Truly spectacular. Not fair, the distribution of talent. My bro is pretty special, but I doubt his first quilt, if he chose to do one, would look like that.

    Good for your brother! That is an awesome quilt. First one..he does deserve a slap! But make that on the back for a job well done. Waiting to see what he comes up with next.

    he has been looking for fabric for the eagle in same book.....I tried the pattern that came with the wedge ruler,
    only wanting to do a round tablecloth.......did I ever have problems with that !!!

    What a brother you have! I'd like to slap mine too, but not for making a quilt like this...I wish he would, then I would not want to slap him, but get him to give me lessons!
