    One shoe on and one shoe off. Much easier working the pedal without the shoe.

    Usually shoeless. Sometimes if I forget to wear slip ons to a class I will sew with shoe on, but I really prefer not to.

    looks like the shoeless wins. I need to feel the pedal too so I am generally in my stocking feet!!

    I was told that if you kick your shoes off and place both feet on the pedal it will keep you spine straight and hour back and hips will not get sore because both feet are even. I tried this and it really works.....

    I was born barefoot (so I'm told) and like to sew barefoot!When the weather is cold, I may ( or not) have on a pair of sockies.
