Thank you Emma for you strip method. I was 1/2 done attaching my neutral HST and ran out of cut neutral HST so I thought why not just cut 2" strips of the neutral and chain piece the neural to the green. This is working out great! I'm totally done with 30 complete blocks and have all my yellows attached to my greens so now I just need to add the neutral and sew together 70 more! Hugs, Debbie

http://www.stitchingcircle.com/?p=1876 Here's another tutorial on doing strip piece chevrons. It was posted on the FB page. I'm happy doing mine the "Emma Way" but any helpful tips are good! Hugs! Debbie

I hope that 1/8th inch doesn't make a difference. I paper pieced a segment and measured it. I measured 1 inch. What does everyone think? Sure hope I didn't stear anyone wrong.

If yours are coming out 3.5" square, I don't see how there'd be a problem.

Oh I wish I had come here first. The first thing I did was cut everything out on Friday night Saturday morning. I have not gotten very far and there is quite a pile of those little triangles cut off. Tooo small for me to do anything with. Your methods sound much simpler. I am still drawing lines on the backs of the squares through this week and sewing what I can.

Just finished cutting and marking all of the Clue #2 fabrics. Clue #1 fabrics all cut and stacked also. Now, to sit down and finally do some sewing. Hope to get caught up before this Friday's clue is posted!
