That is not ugly, the fabric or the block. Both are great!

Clearly beauty is in the eye of the beholder because I see gorgeous.....not ugly. Love that block.

While the individual fabric may be ugly, the combination and block setting work wonders. Great job! :thumbup:

I was just telling my DD the other day that there isn't any ugly fabric if you cut it small enough!

I'm not sure what you're seeing, but I love it. If that 'ugly' fabric is that mottled brown and green one, I love it. It reminds me of the fall, when the leaves change colour.
