Background!
Eleven days ago my LAQ called that my Double Rose Trellis was ready to pickup.
I traded her for my Stained Glass (smaller than avatar, it's handquilted)
I have NOT anything with the DRT.
Today she called that SG is ready.
I picked it up.

I now have miles of binding to do!

And to think, I had my plan put together for this afternoon, to work on my OBW and make a purse this weekend ... I pledge, I am NOT going to do that.

Priority is to get these two totally finished ... and then maybe squeeze in the purse as I work on my OBW!!!

So, you have my permission to be my conscience and send me to my binding when you see me here! :)

I see you are still on the board, Please get off and go bind those two quilts so you can post pics for all of us to see.   Again please leave the board IMMEDIATELY.

Dear Conscience .....
The two quilts got their "trimming" and I had one achey-breaky back which was very tempting to say adios-amigos for the day. I plundered on and now have my back settled now a little after, getting the binding stitched on to both quilts.

Now onwards to the hand stitching!! And when the phone rang, I managed to almost get the binding finished on a pillow that's been waiting!

It's been a lovely day to sit and sew. Really too nice to be on the inside, so I let the outside in ... sliding door and windows have been open. Filtered sun coming thru the trees with the birds singing a chorus to me in the background! Only better setting would have been to take my machine outside!!

Think I'll toss something into the oven for supper, and let it brew while I stitch away. I'm hoping now, that there's some good programs on the tube, to keep me company while I stitch away!!!

Til later, your redeeming soul, QuiltE :!:
