    Agree. I have a magnetic bar for scissors and there are round spice boxes which are magnetic and could be used for notions, many kinds of shelving which are not too expensive.

    Love my pegboard!! I have hooks of all sizes that I can hang things (like rulers and scissors) and shelves (bought the shelving at Lowes, but the supports at Home Depot -- don't know why I can't get both items at the same store) and arranged the shelves to accommodate the size of my boxes. Don't know about not liking the look of pegboard -- things are so full I can't see it much.

    "Hey" from Oklahoma. I am a very organized person. I absolutely CANNOT deal with clutter- it shuts my brain down. If you saw my sewing room, you would also think I'm a liar LOL, but the problem is, it's so cluttered that my brain won't allow me to go in and organize!!

    Yippee!!finally, another quilter who's cutting table is a door. I have the huge cutting mat from Joann's on my door, and it fits perfectly.
