    Iowa is a lovely state. I was there a few years ago for a couple of days. Didn't see any barn quilts but sure did see a lot of barns...and corn. Hope you get back there and see some more barn quilts.

    I so envy that you got to do a 2 hour trip looking for barns and barn quilts. First I love old barns, and now I am loving the barn quilts. I have only been to Iowa once and would love to go back. Went there for our son's wedding so didn't have time to sight-see. Had to hurry back home. But what I seen I loved.

    After watching Eleanor Burns with her barn quilts, I keep thinking it would be fun to paint a barn quilt for someone with a barn! I am going to do that some day!!
