I have a GE convection oven, and I love it. I've never had a problem with things not fitting- The oven is huge. It has three racks. But it took me a while to not overcook things with it. And we've never had any problems and have had it for 5-6 years.

I have had convection ovens for past 20 yrs and love them.My first one was with a gas stove and I now have an electric stove.Any touch pads on the stove get the extended warrenty. It was well worth it for me.

Me too!! Especially around the holidays. Love it all. Must be the models-all my cookie and pizza sheets fit fine. I had wanted the dual fuel when it first came out, but the pricing I could not justify. Also, you have to watch the venting, especially in an older home. That is additional cost to change. We went with a Kenmore Elite that I absolutely love. Does everything I wanted, just not on a pro level. I am not a pro cook.

I have a 5 burner gas stove w/either convection or not; your choice. It also has a special feature that makes cakes turn out better. I like to be able to use either feature depending on what I'm making and the time constraints at hand. It's like when you are in a hurry and you can either cook w/a regular pan on the stove or a pressure cooker; you'll use the pressure cooker to get it done in time.

I have been using the convection oven since 2008. It is very easy as you set the temperature to what your recipe calls for & it automatically makes the lower adjustment. If nothing else, I figure it is using less electricity as it cooks at 25 degress less.
