Just made 4 dozen of these yesterday!

I make sugar cookies from scratch (or mix if I'm swamped) chocolate frosting for the "burger" and
for the lettuce I add a few drops of green food coloring to shredded coconut.....

Looks just like shredded lettuce!! (my family all loves coconut!)

They're not really Christmasy but I wanted to do something differant this year besides my homemade bread and homemade turkey and noodles I am taking also.

This cookie is 2 vanilla wafers powdered sugar frosting tinted green for lettuce and yellow for cheese and a mint patty in the middle. So easy to make. The hardest part was finding wafers that weren't broken!

Some cheeseburgers lined up on my counter
    4 Cheeseburgers up close
2 Dozen ready to go tomarrow!
Have to add a pic of my Sally Lunn Bread
Dinner rolls aren't exactly square but they taste great

Love them! They are so cute! Wish I had known about them when I was teaching. But I can still make them for the great niece and nephew!

Yeah I mentioned it in my thread. I used to do that but a lot of kids won't eat coconut so I didn't do that this year.

I chose to keep it simple this year. Food coloring and powder sugar frosting and a mint patty between 2 wafers. Doesn't get much easier! LOL
