    I have started a till roll scrappy and have to admit that it has been put on the back burner due to the thought of ripping out all the paper! So thanks to your great idea it will be resurrected soon!! I love the layout of your quilt too!!

    I like the way you have long skinny strips here and there. and all the odd shapes. the white sitting just sets it off. great job. maybe i'll have to finish the cash register strips I have sewn. thx for sharing.

    This is a beautiful quilt! One question - ok, maybe 2:
    why do is paper used to sew scraps together versus just sewing the fabric pieces together first?
    how do you sew the fabric pieces onto the paper tape?
