And do not hesitate using some WD40 if the spring parts starts to hang.

I have only made them with the Accuquilt cutter and the rad die; that's the way to go. I'm in the process of making several now. I have a brand new as of this morning DGD, another little girl due the end of Oct and a 1yr old DGD and another Great grandchild due in April. Lots of quilts to make

I just got back from Joann's half hour ago. They have the Fiskar's rag quilt snip ones for $24. They had a 50% off sale on scissors, so I ended up paying only $12 for mine.

That's how I paid for mine, too. Now, I don't know what I'd do without it. Love it to snip seams around armholes and necks when sewing clothes, too.

Joann's has had some great sales and coupons lately. If you haven't signed on as a preferred customer yet, I recommend it. I've seen several sales for scissors at 40 to 60% off and they also have given out several coupons online at 50% off one regular priced item. I'm hoping there will be something similar for the after Christmas sale. I need more fabric for the quilt I'm currently working on. I under-estimated how much I would need for the top and I haven't bought any at all for the back yet.

I bought a pair of Fiskar rag scissors and I like them. I had a 40% coupon, that helped.
