There is an Eleanor Burns pattern, Hole In The Wall, that would be perfect for your fat quarters. Go to her site and look at the pattern.

I love black & white Our guild did a challenge with strips which were passed around. Since I was a beginner I did all my own strips as I did not care to ruin others quilts. I used coral or tangerine as a third color. I am now making a black/white with lime green. They all think next time I should join the passing so I guess I pass inspection. I am not a lover of red - or really many bright colors. Muted colors are better for me.

I'm seriously considering doing a B&W jigsaw puzzle quilt. Easy pattern that looks harder than it is. But I also like the other suggestions here. Anything with larger pieces would not only be easy but show off those great fabrics you have. Love the swans!

I agree. the center square on the 9 patch can be your accent.eg. red. Makes a great quilt and if you google disappearing nine patch there if a black and white with red. Beautiful.

Someone else mentioned a disappearing 9 patch. Your black and whites with a red in the center block (or aqua or both) would be perfect!

The fabrics are absolutely beautiful - they should make a great quilt.

I posted a black and white quilt I made recently. It's Jenny Doan's Double Slice Layer Cake pattern from MSQC's website. A super quick and easy pattern. Take a look at how it came out in black, white, red and see if it's something you might like:
