If the shop even had all the fabric in one design line and I asked that a 5" or 6" strip be cut from each bolt, well I doubt that is going to happen. I don't look at buying pre cuts as paying just for the fabric. I'm buying variety, time savings, and the fun of having a package of pre cuts just for me.

The Dessert Rolls are so much fun! RJR also makes them and they call them "Twice the Charm." They are actually 5.5"x22" strips of fabric. Jenny has one tutorial so far using them. There is not a huge selection of them yet!!

RE: Premade binding strips. JoAnn Fabric sells some for their quilt projects. You can buy the pattern, fq to make it and the binding in one of the fq fabrics. These projects are usually on an end-cap and the binding is wrapped around a card and hanging with the patterns/fabrics.
