    I love it when the truth comes from the horses mouth. My brother dealer told me this, but there's always the online experts that seem to have all the answers.

    I'm glad to read this but I can't get past the fact that they put "thru" instead of "through". Really? Seems unprofessional for a business.

    It must be shorthand...LOL

    Or the Customer Service person is .......we let's just say......unique at spelling.
