You did GREAT! I just finished mine...not as nice as yours. What a long day...I started early this morning FMQ'ing and just finished...time for bed. Tomorrow I will bind and finish it up.

Thank you! No classes for me but I practiced alot watched alot of videos of the great free motion quilters! There is so many tips out there to help us out! But more then anything is practice and embrace the many mistakes you WILL make because they are your stepping stones to great fmq!

Beautiful.It looks like art needing to be framed.Kaylabean,I like what you said to quiltinglady,"embrace the many mistakes you will make because they are your stepping stones to great fmq."I am going to write that down,and tape it near the machine.I've always said about my hand quilting mistakes...I make mine perfectly made,with perfect love because I love quilting so much,so I just have to gear that towards learning on the machine.Thanks for sharing.

Funny thing. I did the same thing yesterday only mine was out of necessity. Still trying to get the long arm in adjustment. You did a great job. Do you have any plans for it?
