I have the ripper with the stitch remover end. It works. A scotch brite pad works great to get the rip stitch snips out fast. I cut the big pad into smaller pieces. It also removes the piles from sweaters better then the defuzz tool.

Why not on an uncarpeted floor? I am thinking of having to remove threads, fur, etc. from my brooms during my breakouts of "sweep the floor-itis."

Another use for this wand is to clean the big drinking bottles. I tried to find bottle brushes to clean out the bottoms of these tall bottles, but they would not reach all the way to the bottom. So I went to the store and bought a cheap toilet brush and use that....it works very well. I have been asked why I have a toilet brush in the kitchen though...lol....

You, my dear, are a genius! I have searched for a way to clean those wonderful re-useable drink bottles and you just nailed it! I am going to the dollar store today!
