Making a t shirt quilt almost always ends with a surprise. You did a very nice job on this one.

I think it's great and would call it done. Something to consider if you have a similar issue in the future: If I'm seeing correctly, not all the panels are that large and some have extra plain tshirt fabric to bring them to size. What I often do is make different sized rows. If some need that large a row, then I will have one row with large squares. That might be followed by a row of narrow squares where the design might only be 10 or 12". I don't feel like all the blocks have to be the same size in my quilts. If I have an extra single large block or 2, I might position them in the center of a row and use two smaller blocks on each side.

Just some things to think about if you don't want to deal with the extra length another time. I sure would leave this one as is tho, it's great and I'm sure it will be loved!

Its wonderful. I have a dear friend that is over 6 foot tall and her brother is 6'7" When making quilts for them we have to tweak the pattern all the time so they can keep their feet covered.

I too am making an unusually long quilt, for a dear friend who stands 6'4", and her dearest wish is to have a quilt that she can tuck in, and still have it around her shoulders. Sometimes a quilt just needs to be a certain size and sometimes a 'quiltee' wants it that way. All I know is that my quilts never are exactly the size I aim for, and that is OK with me. Your quilt is gorgeous!

That extra length is perfect....you know how some of us likes to cuddle and pull more up around our head?? Then the bottom would surely keep feet covered!!

I'm 6' tall and add length to almost every quilt. If mine look a little out of proportion, oh well....they are for ME! Yours looks fine and includes all of the great collection of shirts, so I say, "Leave it be, and it will be longer than usual---and that is just FINE!".
