    This is a different method of doing hexies than I've seen before -- interesting. Hexies appeal to me because they are a portable hand project. Don't think I could do the circle method when waiting in a Dr. office.

    I saw that show also and haven't stop making hexie's since!!! Love making them!! Let's see if I can post picture of table top cover and mug rugs that I have completed with hexie's.

    It was on June 26. I still have it on my tv where it was recorded. And yes, it was among the 1300 series..

    Has anyone used the fussy cut templates for hexagons? I have them and think they are wonderful, easy to cut with the template and a rotary cutter.

    I have been doing Hexagons using the circle method. I learned it from my grandmother back in the 50's. So Easy

    There is a great tutorial on this in the August 2014 issue of The Quilt Life magazine. I just pulled it out to add to my collection of tips and patterns!
