DebraK, can't wait to see how the Kool Kaleidoscope turns out.

    SewExtremeSeams, cute checkerboard!

I managed to get 4 of the 16 blocks done today. The pattern is Star Crossed by Fig Tree Quilts.

It looks like members have really been busy today. I enjoy reading everyone's posts and looking at the pictures.

I finished my 3rd receiving blanket, 3 burp cloths, and a small taggie blanket before a wonderful lunch with my niece and her very sweet 4 year old son. I'm not too thrilled with some of the ribbon on the taggie but it will just need to work because the baby shower is Sunday and I will be gone tomorrow.

Next is the HST Challenge block for this week. I hope to get some of the 365 blocks done also. I fell waaaay behind on these blocks.

I am working on putting the top together or a patriotic civil War fabrics Cal King quilt. (10 x10 ft) Here is a picture of half of it.

I also plan to piece 4 six inch chick blocks from Farm Girl vintage Sampler quilt by Lori Holt (Bee in my Bonnet). The chicks are for my daughter who will be making the Farm Girl Vintage quilt with Moda gray back ground and 12 inch blocks but we decided for the chick block we'd rather make four 6 inch blocks then one gigantic 12 inch chick.

    Nice projects everyone!!!

i will be working on my doll quilt for my sister(still). For some reason work and house work and a cold keeps slowing me down. I wish I would have noted this post earlier. I could have been sewing today. Oh well, I have all day tomorrow. Happy sewing everyone.

Lots of great quilts being worked on. This top has been sitting on the dining room table for a week, I figure if I leave it sitting out I'm more likely to work on it. I've been battling the worst bout of anemia. Got it sandwiched and have laid down a grid of SITD tonight. Hubby is working overtime tomorrow so he'll be out of my hair. Sure would be nice to get it quilted and binding on this week-end.

I'm working on finishing the top of a Project Linus quilt, and I'd like to quilt a UFO baby quilt.

It's great to see everyone's projects, they are all terrific!

Doggramma, I love the Fancy Forest pattern, looking forward to seeing your blocks.

I am trying to get a UFO finished, just needs a little bit of quilting and binding. It would take very little time if I could just make myself work on it. Guess I've gotten bored by it. I'll be seeing the intended recipient soon, and even though it's more than a year late, I'd like to get it delivered.

Also interested in the kaleidoscope quilt, think I'd like to do mine with Halloween prints.

I'm putting the borders on two quilts. If time, I'll get them ready to quilt.
