At the v-e-r-y bottom of the screen, in the black bar, find the word "ARCHIVE"
Clicking on that word will take to a listing, by topic area, of every post made each day in any topic. It's the fastest way to be sure you have not missed any subject or fun. I spend hours here going thru each group one at a time, starting (for me) with Personals, recipes, then general chit-chat, through, Main, and ending with Pictures as the last treat. Every week or so I check out Tutorials and other sections.
By clicking on your name in the section on the right on a topic page, you can check out your profile, update it, add photos, blogs, signatures, etc..
