Have you made the fold n stitch wreaths? I use 2 half yard pieces and save the leftover bit to use as a alternating square wreath and frame. These I will use with a third half yard piece. So, I basically get 2 full wreaths out of 3 half yard pieces. Also, I use a lighter weight interfacing (really like 950 shirtweight) so I can stitch around and turn rather than the heavy foam and cutting a slit and then applique - too much extra work.

With contrasting fabric you could make a Bow Tucks Bag. Have a look for lots of examples on QB.

Check out the Take 5 pattern. I have made that using 1/2 yds instead of the full yd. Makes a nice lap size. Any pattern that calls for 1 yd pieces can be done with 1/2 yds to make a smaller quilt.

Oh my! Aren't you sorry you asked? I had to laugh. My gosh, you'll be busier than a one armed paper hanger with all these projects. No excuses now! What a lot of great suggestions! Now get busy, girl!

How about one of a kind pillowcases? There are free patterns all over the Internet.

Table runners -- there's a free zig-zag table runner pattern online -- and you'd still have enough left to make matching potholders.
