Love, love, love Hancock's of Paducah. I've ordered a ton from them as well as purchased in person. Their shipping has always been timely and their customer service is fantastic. It's a family owned business and if there is a problem, it's usually one the family that you talk with when you call. The fabrics they carry is top of the line. I don't hesitate recommending them!

They are one of my favourites to buy from! I think they are excellent! Been buying from them for over 25 years and have never had a problem. Shipping cost and time was very reasonable.

I recently ordered from H of P for the first time and was really pleased with the speed of shipping and the quality of the fabric. I will definitely order fro them in the future!

I am 5 hours away from Paducah and I ordered something from them - I think it was a pack of fat quarters or some precuts early one day and received it the very next day. My youngest DD lives in Paducah and used to be a newspaper reporter and she is also a quilter and when her newspaper found out that she knew "something about quilts" they assigned her to cover the quilt show every April. One year she wrote an article about Hancocks of Paducah (not to be confused with the old Hancocks fabric store). She interviewed one of the Hancocks and they said that some women (me included) actually start crying when they enter the store for the first time.

    1. How is the shipping speed? I would like to know before ordering just in case I need something in a hurry.
    2. How satisfied are you overall? (quality, customer service, shipping costs, etc)
    Thanks much!
I like the company in general. Their cloth is good and usually the shipping is quite fast. Only once did I get a panel that had part of the design cut off.

Ack... because you mentioned a sale at HOP I have been on their site shopping! They have beautiful fabrics...all quilt shop quality and no big box junk. You can't go wrong ordering from them.
