Back to Geometry- I never understood it at all. My brain totally lacks that skill. It never mattered to me until I started quilting lol I sailed through other courses but Geometry was awful for me. Had to repeat in summer school. I still remember how mad I was to have to do that in the summer!!!

EQ would probably help-i have a really old version of it, and its on my husband’s laptop, so not always accesible to me. In retrospect, i should have made a few practice blocks of the border-they are set on point, and I couldn’t figure out what the finished dimensions would be. The borders were only half an inch too long, but with the diagonal piecing, i couldn’t get it to work. I did not have enough background fabric left to add strips-which would have been the best solution.
