BEAUTIFUL! ...especially because the many hands who made it were motivated by love.

Beautiful quilt and I am sure it will be a comfort to the person that is getting it.

I've never heard the term but I like it. You are so thoughtful and generous to make such a beautiful gift.

i made up the phrase "friends leading others to see another Morning" to fit the spelling of Flotsam and the meaning i hoped to impose

It is a beautiful quilt and a thoughtful gift for Zozee...I hope it gives her comfort, especially in the times she most needs it. The members of this board are awesome and I like the acronym you used for Flotsam.

Beautiful quilt and lovely story. It is important to have a story to accompany the work we do. Thank you for sharing.

One of the many, many things I love about this quilt is that I get to study it. As a sampler, every block is unique. I love when a bunch of people make completely different blocks using the same focus fabrics and using their creativity within the color scheme. There is so much life and personality and movement in this quilt.

(Instead of calling it "this quilt," I want to call it "my quilt" since it's for me, but that sure sounds like taking credit for something that I had nothing to do with except enjoying it!!)

It's a beautiful quilt and an even more beautiful definition of Flotsam. May I use your definition?
