    Oh wow! What a cool quilt. The color blocks are just floating in air. Great border. On purpose or did you run out of fabric?

    No, I didn’t run out of fabric, but I needed a large border because this is a for a California king bed! I didn’t like the look of one color on it, and I came up with this one. Thought it would be fun!

    I had never thought of doing the shadow box like that with the rainbow colors. Striking.

    Thanks Darcy, I had a layer cake and I loved the colors so much, I really wanted to show them as much as possible.
