    Well...I'm going to give you my opinion...you're right...the quilting leaves much to be desired, however you can fix that. You can cut off the binding to allow the fabric to move. Then take a look at the quilt. Put on your walking foot and think about how the quilt might look with diagonals across the entire thing. Or what about echoing the long lines and making a matchstick quilt pattern? The piecing/pattern is wonderful...and you can do much more with the quilt than you have...just take it slowly and stay with straight lines. I think you could do a bang-up job with this quilt!

    Your quilt is really pretty,If you feel like quilting it more go for it. I have always loved a quilt that just puddles around me. I have quilted about 30 quilts for my girls, I really like the lighter quilting. I think heavily quilted quilts are stiff. Most of my friends laugh when I say this. But to each her own.
