    Right click on the picture and you may see an option to do something about that. When I right click on it, a box comes with "Open image in new tab." So I click on that and a new tab comes up at the top of the screen. Click on that tab and the picture comes in right side up. Most of the time!
    It is so soothing to me to see the pictures right side up!
